‍3. Services Provided MediSim provides users with access to features such as interactive medical scenarios, voice transcription, and AI-based feedback for educational purposes. The App integrates with third-party tools and services to deliver these functionalities.

‍4. User Responsibilities You agree to: Use the App only for lawful purposes. Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App or its functionalities. Keep your account credentials secure.

‍6. Payments and Subscriptions Payments and subscriptions are managed securely through a third-party payment processor. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your account. Refunds are governed by Australian Consumer Law and are processed at our discretion.

‍7. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality in MediSim are owned by MediSim Pty Ltd or licensed to us. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

‍8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law: MediSim  is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

‍9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

‍10. Third-Party Services The App integrates with third-party tools and services to deliver its functionalities. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use or performance of these services.

‍11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
